Ok, you really have to read the book to understand them, but movies and films based on the dune book series are some of the best sci fi films ever made...
I have found a site were all the books (almost 20!) and films are categorized nicely (Not all of them are frank herbert original books, some are spin off by his son, just to make money):
I really love those movies, though they are a little bit complicate...
